The <br />primary requirement is to load filtering software on all library computers <br />that are used by the public and staff to access the Internet in library <br />facilities. LSTA funds have been granted to the library system to purchase <br />such filters. C. Parks & Recreation <br />Trust Fund Grant to construct an undeveloped 37 acre site on Pharr Mill Road. <br />On May 21, 2004, the N. C. Park Authority awarded the matching reimbursable <br />grant of $250,000.00. The Board authorized the required county match of <br />$250,000.00 on 07.26.2004 provided by the Capital Reserve Fund.
