<br />Organizational Meeting - December 6, 2004 <br /> <br />Page <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />Town adopts during the moratorium, the effective date will not be sooner <br />than the date on which the moratorium ends. <br /> <br />5) The Town Council and County Board do hereby direct their managers, <br />attorneys, planners and other professional staff members to prepare such <br />studies and documents necessary to effect the provisions of this <br />Memorandum and to present them to their respective boards as soon as <br />possible for consideration and adoption. <br /> <br />6) The adoption of this Memorandum by the County Board is expressly <br />conditioned upon the adoption by the Town Council, and the adoption of <br />this Memorandum by the Town Council is expressly conditioned upon the <br />adoption hereof by the County Board. In addition, the Adoption of this <br />Memorandum by the County and the Town is expressly conditioned upon the <br />adoption of similar Memorandums by and between the County and the City of <br />Concord and the County and the City of Kannapolis respectively, and the <br />fulfillment of the terms and conditions of all three memorandums. All <br />covenants and agreements set forth herein are and shall be mutually <br />dependent and a condition to each agreement and covenant herein shall be <br />the complete fulfillment of all other agreements and covenants herein by <br />the other party.
