November 18, 2013 (Regular Meeting) Page 1832 <br />Carothers "Northwest Cabarrus High School ", Ryan Essick "Hickory Ridge High <br />School" and Ryan Himes "Central Cabarrus High School" from the Cabarrus <br />County Youth Council roster and thanked them for their service. <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Measmer, seconded by Commissioner <br />Oesterreich and unanimously carried, the Board removed Daniel Hicks "A.L. <br />Brown High School" and Harrison. Reiff "Concord High School" from the Cabarrus <br />County Youth Council roster. <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Measmer, seconded by Commissioner <br />Oesterreich and unanimously carried, the Board appointed Keely Curry "Central <br />Cabarrus High School" and Sophia Politis "Hickory Ridge High School" to the <br />Cabarrus County Youth Council for two -year terms ending June 30, 2015. <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Measmer, seconded by Commissioner <br />Oesterreich and unanimously carried, the Board appointed Brianna Misenheimer <br />"Hickory Ridge High School" to the Cabarrus County Youth Council for a one - <br />year term ending June 30, 2014. <br />(I) REPORTS <br />(I -1) Cabarrus County Schools (CCS) - One-Time Funding Update <br />The Board received the Cabarrus County Schools One -Time Funding Update <br />Report for informational purposes as part of the Agenda.
