There is a lease in place now and it <br /> was Mr. Koch's suggestion that the Board take action to cancel the lease <br /> concurrent with the transfer of the property. <br /> REQUESTED ACTION: <br /> Motion to terminate the lease between Cabarrus County and RCCC for <br /> the Business & Technology Center and property once the property <br /> transfer has been completed; and to authorize the County Manager to <br /> execute the lease agreement termination on behalf of the Board, subject <br /> to review or revision by the County Attorney. <br /> EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br /> SUBMITTED BY: <br /> Jonathan B.
