Area B <br /> This subarea,which lies between Mallard Creek and <br /> US-49,has already begun to develop with single- <br /> family homes and more homes are envisioned.As <br /> shown on the Residential Suitability Map in <br /> Appendix A,this area is suitable for residential <br /> development. A collector road that links this area to <br /> US-29 to the north and to NC-49 to the south would MIN 0 <br /> provide sufficient connectivity and roadway capacity �■ �. <br /> to support a mixed residential neighborhood. <br /> Depending on the level of infrastructure capacity in <br /> the future,other uses such as those described for Area <br /> A may be well suited for this area,particularly <br /> adjacent to Mallard Creek.
