Improvements that include planting trees and low shrubs within private property <br /> boundaries adjacent to public rights-of-way where streetscape improvements are planned or have been <br /> completed should be encouraged. <br /> ■ Prepare Streetscape Design Guidelines to guide publicly-and privately-funded aesthetic <br /> enhancements to the road corridor and encourage improvements beyond the right-of-way. <br /> • Architecture—Establish design guidelines,and priority approval for facade grants to applicants adhering to <br /> the guidelines.
