The company that is constructing and leasing the tower shall provide a performance bond Shall be <br /> for 1.25 times the estimated cost of the removal of-a4 the towers, antennas, and any accessory <br /> equipment or structures that aFe appFeved anticipated to be located on the site at build out. The <br /> performance bond shall be filed prior to issuance of a zoning clearance permit. This amount will be <br /> determined by a removal company and certified by a North Carolina licensed engineer. For every <br /> year following approval, the bond shall increase by an inflation factor based upon the Consumer Price <br /> Index (CPI) Index. A revised bond shall be provided every 51h year that a tower is in place. <br /> BE IT ALSO ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Development Ordinance is hereby amended as follows: <br /> RENUMBER AND REVISE the Table of Contents and page numbers in the Cabarrus County <br /> Development Ordinance to correspond to the text changes as needed. <br /> Adopted this 15th day of May, 2017 by the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners. <br /> Stephen M.
