Consistent with the goals and objectives of activities assisted under the act, we will take <br /> the following steps to minimize the displacement of persons from their homes: <br /> 1. No housing unit will be demolished that, after inspection, has been found to be <br /> in such structural condition that it can be repaired for$25.00 per square foot <br /> up to a maximum of$25,000 per structure. <br /> 2.
