I-85 Project Team Meeting
Thank you for making the meeting possible and for the progress being made. It is great to have all stakeholders together
to promote the opportunity for discussion and gauging impacts.
I did notice one area of the minutes that needs to be corrected.
The minutes failed to include information presented by Cabarrus County EMS.
The minutes reflect:
• Cabarrus Co. Emergency Services
Nothing to report.
I reported several concerns and statements about the impact of this project during this meeting. My responses were
based on written concerns I had previously submitted. My comments were made during Mr. Littlefield's presentation
with Blythe. They were also provided in response to Mr. Cole. We then had a follow-up meeting on 3/31/17 (DOT, EMS,
EM, Fire, Schools) to discuss the topics in greater detail.
Thank you,
Alan Thompson, NRP, BS
EMS Director
Cabarrus County EMS
31 Willowbrook D
Concord, NC 28027
0: 704/920-2601
F: 704/782-9286
dathompson @cabarruscounty.us
www,cabarruscounty.us
"The mission of Cabanas County Emergency Medical Services is to provide progressive, quality, pre-hospital
care as a part of a comprehensive healthcare system, to remain synonymous with excellence, and provide a
nurturing and challenging work environment.
