Clerk of Court <br /> RE: Cabarrus County Jury Commission for the Biennium 2018-2019 <br /> The General Statutes of N.C., 9-1 specify that a new jury commission be <br /> appointed no later than July 1St every two years. The current commission's terms will <br /> expire June 30, 2017. <br /> The jury commission consists of three (3)members, who are appointed in the <br /> following manner: <br /> One by the Resident Superior Court Judge <br /> One by the Clerk of Superior Court <br /> One by the Board of County Commissioners <br /> You are requested to make your appointment and notify this office, no later than June <br /> 29, 2017.
