The Cabarrus County Board <br /> of Commissioners appointed Mr. Morris in 2013, and he is very willing to continue as a community college <br /> trustee for another four-year term. li <br /> As Chair of the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners, Mr. Morris is a well-known, active leader whose <br /> commitment to the community has given him significant knowledge of the College's service area and <br /> workforce development needs.
