Cabarrus County will need to make a new appointment, or may re-appoint Mr. Ritchie to <br /> the Board of Directors with the advice of the other organizing political subdivisions. A copy of <br /> this notice is being sent to the Cities of Concord and Kannapolis and the Towns of Harrisburg <br /> and Mt.
