CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> ' BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> i�9z <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> August 21, 2017—6:30 p.m. <br /> Consideration of Resolutions <br /> For Wireless Communications Facilities <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners will hold a hearing at 6:30 <br /> p.m. (or as soon thereafter as persons may be heard) on Monday, August 21, 2017, in the Board of <br /> Commissioners' Meeting Room located on the second floor of the Cabarrus County Governmental <br /> Center, 65 Church Street SE, Concord, to consider the approval of two leases for wireless <br /> communications facilities. <br /> One facility is a proposed light tower/antenna to be located adjacent to the Kannapolis Middle School <br /> at 1445 Oakwood Avenue in Kannapolis (County PIN 5612-29-0010). The terms of the lease include a <br /> lease period of 25 years total with payments beginning at$800/month ($9,600 annually). <br /> The second facility is a proposed tower located on property lying between Union Cemetery Road and <br /> U.S. 601 and identified by County PIN 5620-11-1575.
