Property Description.Landlord is the owner of the real property located at 1445 Oakwood Avenue, <br /> Kannapolis,NC 28081 as further described on Exhibit A (the"Property"). Antenna Facilities and Permitted Uses. Tenant leases the Premises for its equipment, personal <br /> property and improvements associated with Tenant's wireless communications business (the "Antenna <br /> Facilities"). The Premises may be used for the construction, installation, operation, maintenance, repair, <br /> addition,upgrading,removal or replacement of any and all Antenna Facilities(the"Permitted Uses")for no fee <br /> or additional consideration.The Antenna Facilities shall remain the exclusive property of Tenant and shall not <br /> be considered fixtures. Tenant, at its expense, may use any and all reasonable means as Tenant deems <br /> necessary to control,secure or restrict access to the Antenna Facilities.
