He advised the County Attorney has reviewed the contract. <br /> A brief discussion ensued. During discussion, Richard Koch, County <br /> Attorney responded to questions from the Board. <br /> UPON MOTION by Vice Chairman Honeycutt, seconded by Commissioner Kiger <br /> and unanimously carried, the Board approved the updated contract with Mark <br /> Bardill and authorized the County Manager to execute the contract. <br /> (H) APPOINTMENTS TO BOARDS AND COMMITTEES <br /> (H-1) Appointments and Removals - Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee <br /> Joanne Yurchison's term on the Adult Care Home Community Advisory <br /> Committee ends July 31. Ms. Yurchison has been a long-time member and has chosen <br /> this time to resign. The Regional Ombudsman reported Ms. Yurchison has <br /> volunteered on the Committee since July 2004 and has been integral to the <br /> Committee's success over the years. <br /> In addition, Ann Holland's term on the Adult Care Home Community Advisory <br /> Committee ended June 30th. She would like to serve another term. She also serves <br /> on the Human Services Advisory Board. An exception to the "service on multiple <br /> boards" provision of the Appointment Policy will be needed for her. <br /> UPON MOTION by Commissioner Kiger, seconded by Commissioner Poole and <br /> unanimously carried, the Board removed Joanne Yurchison from the Adult Care <br /> Home Community Advisory Committee roster and thanked her for her many years of <br /> service. <br /> UPON MOTION by Commissioner Poole, seconded by Vice Chairman Honeycutt <br /> and unanimously carried, the Board reappointed Ann Holland to the Adult Care <br /> Home Community Advisory Committee for a three-year term ending June 30, 2020; <br /> including an exception to the "service on multiple boards" provision of the <br /> Appointment Policy. <br /> (H-2) Appointments - Cabarrus County Youth Commission <br /> The following appointments, two to A.L.
