Andrew Nance Alt ernate ug. 31, 2018 Seat vacated by Steve <br /> (Effective 8/31/17) (unexpired term) ise; Nance lives in <br /> Central Planning Area. <br /> UPON MOTION by Vice Chairman Honeycutt, seconded by Commissioner Kiger <br /> and unanimously carried, the Board removed Andrew Graham, Shannon Frye and Aaron <br /> Ritchie from the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Commission roster and <br /> thanked them for their service. <br /> Chairman Morris read the names of appointments aloud. <br /> UPON MOTION by Vice Chairman Honeycutt, seconded by Commissioner Kiger <br /> and unanimously carried, the Board approved the various appointments as <br /> submitted by staff for the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Commission per <br /> the effective dates listed in the included appointment chart. <br /> (I) REPORTS <br /> (I-1) County Manager - Monthly New Development Report <br /> The Board received the monthly new development report for informational <br /> purposes. No action was required of the Board. <br /> (I-2) County Manager - Monthly Reports on Building Activity <br /> The Board received the Cabarrus County Construction Standards Dodge Report <br /> for June 2017 and the Cabarrus County Commercial Building Plan Review Summary <br /> for June 2017 for informational purposes as part of the Agenda. No action was <br /> required of the Board. <br /> (I-3) EDC - June 2017 Monthly Summary Report <br /> The Board received the Cabarrus Economic Development Corporation (EDC) <br /> monthly report for the month of June as part of the Agenda. No action was <br /> required of the Board. <br /> (I-4) Finance - Monthly Financial Update <br /> The Board received the monthly financial update for informational <br /> purposes.
