The Weatherization Assistance Program is a <br /> federal grant program that provides energy efficient improvements such <br /> as insulation, air sealing, HVAC repairs and in some cases energy <br /> efficient appliances to the homes of eligible low income families. Each <br /> year, October 30th is proclaimed Weatherization Day <br /> nationwide.
