CABARRUS COUNTY <br />* <br />REGULAR <br />JANUARY 19, 2016 <br />1 <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT: <br />BOC - Resolution Amending the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners' Meeting Schedule for Calendar Year 2016 <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Board adopted the 2016 meeting schedule on December 14, 2015. It <br />was determined the Board would hold quarterly Summit meetings. <br />Members of the Board have consulted their schedules and Thursday, <br />January 28, 2016 has been selected for the Cabarrus Summit - 1st <br />Quarterly Meeting. <br />The Board also wishes to update detail regarding the winter retreat at this <br />time (January 29 -30, to be held at the Cabarrus Arena and Events <br />Center. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to adopt the resolution. <br />EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br />SUBMITTED BY: <br />Megan Smit, Clerk to the Board <br />BUDGET AMENDMENT REQUIRED: <br />No <br />F -2 Page 27 <br />
