1. Discuss, review provider assurance (Appendix C) and provide an explanation of <br />voluntary contributions handout (Appendix J) at the meal site explaining voluntary <br />contributions and suggest ways to contribute at initial approval and annual <br />recertification. <br />2. Display a poster in the nutrition site explaining the Consumer Contribution Policy. <br />3. Hold a bi- annual group discussion with recipients at the nutrition site using congregate <br />nutrition format. (Appendix 1). <br />Transportation <br />1. Discuss the Consumer Contributions Policy over the phone when services are requested. <br />2.
