EXHIBIT A <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR ROWAN- CABARRUS BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY <br />CENTER <br />Lying and being in No. 4 Township, Cabarrus County, North Carolina, on the eastern edge of U.S. <br />Highway No.29, adjoining the property of Cabarrus County Board of Education and Frank S. Johnston, <br />and is more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the iron stake on the eastern edge of U.S. Highway No.29, corner of Frank S. Johnston, <br />and runs thence with the Johnston line North 79- 42East 172.2 feet to an iron stake; thence north 39-46 <br />West 57.5 feet to an iron stake, Corner of Cabarrus County Board of Education; Thence with its line <br />South 79-42 West 143.9 feet to an iron stake on the eastern edge of U.S. Highway No.29; thence with the <br />eastern edge of said highway South 10 -18 East 50 feet to the point of BEGINNING, according to a survey <br />by Billy B.
