Box 707
Concord NC 28026
Commissioners,
The Cabarrus County Youth Commission met on December 14 and interviewed Joseph
Muhonen as a candidate for the Concord High School vacant position.
We believe that Joseph will a valuable asset to our group. He is a freshman at Concord
High School who will bring new opinions to the table. As our group does not involve
many students of that age group, it will be important for him to bring thoughts and ideas
that represent his demographic population. We value the input of diverse candidates and
feel that Joseph will have great impact on our connection with students at Concord High
School. Joseph is also looking to expand his knowledge of local government and is
excited about this leadership opportunity in which he will be able to gain valuable life
experiences.
Please accept our recommendation of Joseph Muhonen to be appointed to the Concord
High School vacant seat of the Cabarrus County Youth Commission.
Sincerely,
Cabarrus County Youth Commission
Tracy LeCompte, Advisor
Employment and program opportunities are offered to all people regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
North Carolina State University, North Carolina A &T State University, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and local governments co6M Whgaent number 1 \n
H -2 Page 85
