We have received an application from Dr. Carol Spalding, President of Rowan-
Cabarrus Community College to serve on the Board. The State requires a representative of Higher
Education on the Board and Dr. Spalding would fill that need and is willing to serve.
The Centralina WDB requests that Dr. Carol Spalding be appointed as the EDUCATION
representative for Cabarrus County and complete Ms. Conger's term of service on the Board
which began July 1, 2015 and ends on June 30, 2017.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (704) 348 -2717 or by e -mail at dhollars2centralina.org
Thank you for your continued support.
Sincerely,
David L.
