<br />"Cabarrus Charter Rojett "), (b) charter school educational facilities at

<br />Cabarcus county and referred to as Cabarrus Charter Academy (the
<br />"Caharrus Upper Schaal Project ") and (c} charter school educational fadll-
<br />tles at 1911 Cancurd Like Road, Kann-apolis, North Carolina 280A wlthiD
<br />Cabarcus Cauerty and referred to as KanDapolis Charter Academy (the
<br />`Mannapolis Project" and together with the Cabunis Charter Protect and
<br />the Cabarrus Upper Schnarai Project, the "Projects "), (2) fund capitalized in•
<br />tvest In cornnection therewith, (3} fund any debt service reserve fonds
<br />and (4) pay certain expenses in connection with the issuance of the Bonds

<br />Project will be owned Initlally by Ned Apple at Karrnapalls, LLC and leased
<br />to and operated by the Corporatlon and Charter Schools USA at Kannapa-
