CABARRUS COUNTY <br />w r; <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />MARCH 21, 2016 <br />i �'y�J,rJJl� ll <br />1 <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT: <br />County Manager - Community Meeting at Coddle Creek Reservoir Report <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The County has received input related to the Coddle Creek Reservoir <br />through a public meeting, survey and other correspondence. Two <br />members of the Board, Grace Mynatt and Lynn Shue, attended the public <br />drop -in meeting. Those two board members and staff provided information <br />on the feedback we received from residents at the work session. The <br />most definitive response was that the Board of Commissioners should <br />reaffirm that the official name of the reservoir is the Coddle Creek <br />Reservoir. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to approve a resolution affirming that the official name of the <br />reservoir shall be Coddle Creek Reservoir. <br />EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br />SUBMITTED BY: <br />Jonathan B.
