Non - Tobacco Use Discount <br />Employees receive a $50 monthly premium discount on <br />health insurance for being tobacco free. <br />Based on Section 95 -28.2 of the North Carolina General <br />Statutes, the non - tobacco use premium discount is <br />proposed to be restructured. <br />Employees will have the opportunity to receive the <br />discount based on participating in a smoking cessation <br />program.
