Lomax Incubator Farm & <br />Farmer -in- Training Program <br />Founded primarily as a facility for training new farmers, Lomax Farm remains <br />committed to this task. The recent CONNECT our Food System Assessment Report for <br />the Charlotte Region showed a gap of $663 million between the demand for locally <br />produced fruits and vegetables and the regionally produced supply.
