Addendum to 2016 Active Living and Parks FEES and CHARGES Policy <br />School Park Reservation Recommendations <br />School Park reservations will be maintained by the Department through the on -line reservation <br />system used by the Department. <br />School Park Reservation Fees and Policies are for the outdoor athletic facilities for the following <br />school parks only: <br />1. Bethel Elementary School Park <br />2. Cox Mill Elementary School Park <br />3. Harrisburg Elementary School Park <br />4. Pitts School Road Elementary School Park <br />5. Rocky River Elementary School Park <br />6. Winecoff Elementary School Park <br />All athletic fields must be reserved for any organized practice, game, or tournament. <br />Co- Sponsored Volunteer Youth Athletic Organizations do not have to pay for use of athletic <br />facilities for any co- sponsored activity. Currently sponsored: <br />1. Fall Soccer <br />2. Winter Basketball <br />3. Spring Baseball /Softball <br />There will be a $100.00 Fine for anyone using the facilities without prior reservation and <br />payment for use. Facilities will be posted with notice. <br />Volunteer Athletic Associations pay for lights and will be reimbursed for use. Volunteer Athletic <br />Associations will provide a worker to operate concessions, open bathrooms, provide toilet <br />paper and paper towels, empty trash, and monitor facilities.
