There is interest in the parcel from two adjoining <br />owners. School staff has been working on a solution for disposition of the <br />property but are required to offer the County the right of first refusal before <br />they can finalize any transaction. The County does not have need or use <br />for the property. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to notify Cabarrus County Schools that the County does <br />not choose to obtain the property in question. <br />EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br />SUBMITTED BY: <br />Jonathan B.
