THE INDEPENDENT TRIBUNE <br />October 7, 2016 <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br />This is to inform the public that a public hearing will be held on the pro- <br />posed 5311 Capital Community Transportation Program Application to be <br />submitted to the North Carolina Department of Transportation no later <br />than November 4, 2016. The public hearing will be field on October 17, <br />2016 at 630 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room, located on the 2nd floor of <br />the Cabarrus County Governmental Center at 65 Church Street SE, Con - <br />cord, NC 28025. <br />Those Interested in attending the public hearing and needing either auxili- <br />ary aids or services under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or a <br />language translator should contact Kyle Bilafer on or before October 14, <br />2016 at telephone number 704 -920 -3201 or via email at kdbilatero <br />uscourtty.us. <br />The Community Transportation Program provides assistance to coordi- <br />nate existing transportation programs operating in Cabarrus County as <br />well as provides transportation options and services for the communities <br />within this service area. These services are currently provided using <br />Cabarrus County Transportation.
