Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance Chapter 13 Amendments and Changes Section 13 -1 Introduction This Chapter sets forth the procedure by which both the ordinance text (wF itten) and the a4a-, zoning maps of the Ze i ng C)Fdinanee may be changed. It also explains the concept of special use rezoning, a form of rezoning which changes a zoning classification from one to another but limits the number of uses in the newly proposed zone and requires that a site specific development plan be filed with the application.
