Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance <br />Chapter 13 Amendments and Changes <br />decision making body the date and circumstances of mailing +h am and the <br />certificates shall be deemed conclusive in the absence of fraud. <br />Posting of Signs <br />The County shall post one or more prominent signs immediately adjacent to the subject <br />area of a rezoning petition reasonably calculated to give public notice of the proposed <br />rezoning. <br />Step 7 Timing of Public Hearing by County Commissioner <br />If the Planning and Zoning Commission action is appealec <br />then the party pursuing the action before the Board of Cc <br />advertising fee and the action shall be re- advertised. <br />Within forty -five (45) days of a recommendation by the P a Zoning <br />Commission on an application to amend text or a las the zol%agpops, or, within the <br />lapse of forty -five (45) days with no recommendation, a public hearing may be <br />scheduled with the Geunty Board of Commissioners to be held at their its next available <br />meeting.
