Any manufactured horn an i idual to all conform to the same building <br />setback standards, side nd r yar wire nts, standards for enclosures, <br />access, vehicle parking, and squ foota ndards and requirements to <br />which a conventional single - family idential dwelling on the same lot would <br />be subject. This provision shall not app y to a Manufactured Home Park where <br />the lots are not subdivided into separate tracts of land.
