The new <br />building will be built on a 2 acre parcel of land donated to the College and located adjacent to <br />our North Carolina Research Campus building in Kannapolis. <br />Please accept this letter as our request for appropriation of $2,229,439 in funding for owner's <br />direct costs, design fees, and contingencies per the previously submitted Project Summary report. <br />Design is underway and we will work with your finance team to process reimbursements for <br />expenditures as they are completed. <br />Please let me know if you need additional information or detail.
