CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />November 21, 2016 — 6:30 p.m. <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF COUNTY PROPERTY <br />13009 Peppercorn Road <br />PIN 5544-55-8412,5544-55-5362 and 5544 -65 -4208 <br />Notice is hereby given that the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing <br />at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as persons may be heard) on Monday, November 21, 2016, in the <br />Board of Commissioners' Meeting Room located on the second floor of the Cabarrus County <br />Governmental Center, 65 Church Street SE, Concord, to consider the purchase of property as shown <br />on Attachment A.
