CABARRUS COUNTY <br />A <br />* <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 21, 2016 <br />1 <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT: <br />Active Living and Parks - 2017 Fees and Charges Policy <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Each year Active Living and Parks reviews the Fees and Charges Policy, <br />presents it to the Active Living and Parks Commission and Senior Centers <br />Advisory Council, and then recommends changes to the Board of <br />Commissioners. <br />The attached documents reflect the proposed changes to the Fees and <br />Charges Policy and includes a summary of the requested changes. <br />These items are addressed during this time of year so they can be in <br />place in January for the entire calendar year (a fiscal year approval would <br />split some of the sports and activity seasons). <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to approve the Active Living and Parks 2017 Fees and Charges <br />Policy. <br />EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br />SUBMITTED BY: <br />Londa Strong, Active Living and Parks Director <br />BUDGET AMENDMENT REQUIRED: <br />No <br />F -1 Page 90 <br />
