Pleasant and the N.C. Department of <br />Transportation ( NCDOT) consider the closure and abandonment of the <br />public right -of -way for part of North Drive in Mt. Pleasant. This action <br />required a resolution from the County (approved in December), and from <br />the Town of Mt. Pleasant (approved in January).
