A member from each School Board of Education is selected by the respective <br />Board and shall serve terms the same as Board of Commission appointed <br />members as shall be voting members on the Commission. <br />Seat 1— Kannapolis School Board Representative <br />Seat 2 — Cabarrus County School Board Representative <br />Section 5. Each of the following members of the Commission shall be appointed by the <br />Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners to include the following <br />representatives: <br />Seat 3 — Concord Planning Area <br />Seat 4 — Eastern Planning Area <br />Seat 5— Kannapolis Planning Area <br />Seat 6 — Central Planning Area <br />Seat 7 — Midland Planning Area <br />Seat 8 — Northwest Planning Area <br />Seat 9 — Harrisburg Planning Area <br />Seat 10 —At Large Representative <br />Section 6.
