Under the part for Lessor, have the proper authority sign all three copies with their original signature and <br />list their title. The document should be signed in the presence of another person and that person should also <br />sign the document and list their address. Return all three copies to the Cabair is- Mecklenburg Farm Service <br />Agency in the enclosed envelope.
