Cabarrus Industrial Council: May 8th marked the kickoff event for the Cabarrus Industrial Council. Over 10 industry <br />leaders attended the meeting where we discussed what the attendees and their companies would find valuable from <br />this initiative such as topics of discussion, company presentations, networking, etc. A second meeting was held on <br />June 9th; Sysco Foods hosted the group. Our next meeting is planned for August. David served Midland as Town Administrator for 5 <br />years. <br />i Resource Partners <br />♦ Doug Paris was appointed Interim Town Administrator for the Town of Midland on June 1, Chamber Related /Events <br />2015. He has served in previous roles of Assistant City Manager, Interim City Manager, General <br />and City Manager within North Carolina.
