c. The franchise may not be sold, assigned, mortgaged or otherwise transferred without the <br />approval of the County and a finding of conformance with all requirements of Article 82. <br />d. The terms of Section 82 -57 of the Ordinance shall be included in the franchise agreement <br />as they relate to termination, suspension, or revocation. <br />e. The Board of Commissioners authorize the County Manager to negotiate and execute the <br />franchise agreement with American TransMed, not inconsistent with this Ordinance, after <br />drafting and review by the County Attorney. <br />APPROVED and ADOPTED in consecutive regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners on June <br />15, 2015 and July 20, 2015, pursuant to N.C.
