8. The County, through its General Services Department, will provide the Schools with setup support for Special Olympics consistent with the past maintenance of the Program. 9. The County, at its expense, will make available the Cabarrus County transportation vans for Special Olympics activities and programs. Should anyone other than County employees be driving these vans, such persons must comply with the County's ordinance or policy governing County vehicle operation. 10. The Schools will continue the Program in a manner meeting or exceeding the quality of the administration of the Program during the previous five (5) year period. 11. Except as specifically agreed to by the County, the Schools will assume all financial responsibilities for the Program. The Schools will supply the County with a current financial statement of the Program upon request. The Schools Special Olympics Coordinator shall assume all financial responsibilities relating to the North Carolina Special Olympics State Pool Banking Account, 12. The Schools will continue to be responsible for overall supervision and organization of the Program during the term of this Agreement. 13. Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause upon six (6) months prior written notice to the other party. 14. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing and signed by both parties. 15. The parties acknowledge and specifically agree that this Agreement exists only for the benefit of the parties to this Agreement and that no rights are created under this Agreement for the benefit of any other person or entity.
