CONFIDENTIAL DRAFT CONFIDENTIAL DRAFT (c) Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately in the event that any provision herein, or any action or course of action taken by a party to this Agreement, is determined by a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction or by a federal or state administrative tribunal or agency to be in violation of any federal or state law, rule or regulation. (d) If this Agreement is terminated by either party under this section, then the parties shall not enter into a services agreement with each other for services the same as or similar to those provided under this Agreement for at least one (1) year from the date of the beginning of the Term of this Agreement.
