4. The Dwelling shall be attached to a permanent foundation system in compliance <br />with the N.C. State Building Code as may be amended, and the following <br />requirements: <br />5. All wheels, axles, transporting lights and removable towing apparatus shall be <br />permanently removed prior to installation of the dwelling unit. Hitches may <br />remain, but shall be screened from view unless located within a manufactured <br />home park. <br />6.
