• within the required setbacks of the zoning district that the use is located in, <br />and outside any required buffer yard; <br />• enclosed with a fence that is at least 6 feet high; <br />• screened from adjacent properties, and from public and private rights -of -way <br />with a Level Two buffer yard; <br />d. No storage of large construction vehicles is permitted (large construction vehicles <br />means any vehicle with a gross weight in excess of 10,000 lbs.) <br />e. Outside storage areas shall be located at least 50 feet from adjacent property lines. <br />f. In the Agricultural /Open district only, uses shall only be permitted on major <br />thoroughfares. In addition, such use may not be located in any watershed protection <br />area. <br />g. Uses shall meet all applicable landscaping standards in Chapter 9. When occupying <br />an existing structure, landscaping shall be upgraded to meet requirements of <br />Chapter 9, Landscaping and Buffering. <br />h. The minimum property size shall be (3) three acres (AO zone only). <br />18. Day Camp, Summer Camp, Civic Group Camp Facility <br />Office /Limited Commercial, General Commercial districts <br />a. A complete description of the facility including but not limited to: <br />• Hours & days of operation <br />• Total number of employees, both full -time and part -time <br />• Projected number of users per weekday and weekend days <br />• Types of accessory uses, if any, envisioned on the site <br />• Any and all other relevant information that will help describe the facility <br />b. Play areas, sports fields and parking areas must be a minimum of five hundred feet <br />(500) from any adjacent residentially zoned or used property line. <br />19. Duplex, Commercial Use on Individual Lots <br />Office /Institutional, Office /Limited Commercial, General Commercial districts <br />a. The lot size shall be at least 150% of the minimum lot area for the zoning district. <br />b. Setbacks must meet the principal structure setbacks for zoning district. For <br />setbacks, See Chapter 5, Section 5 -9, A, Non - Residential Development Standards. <br />c. Only one duplex shall be permitted per parcel. <br />20. Ethanol Fuel Production, Residential District, Private Use Only <br />Agriculture /Open Space, Countryside Residential, Low Density Residential, Medium <br />Density Residential districts <br />a. The minimum lot size to have such an operation is three (3) acres. <br />b.
