In AO, CR and LDR, in the event the restaurant locates adjacent to any residentially zoned <br />or used property, it must be physically sited at least 100 feet from the lot line of the <br />residential property and parking areas must be located a minimum of 50 feet from the <br />property line. <br />47. Restaurant with Drive -Thru Facility <br />Office /Limited Commercial, General Commercial, Limited Industrial and General <br />Industrial districts <br />a. All drive -thru entrances and exits must be at least 250 feet from an intersection. <br />b. Adequate stacking shall be provided in drive -thru lanes so that traffic is contained on <br />site and does not interfere with circulation internally or on any adjacent road or <br />street right -of -way. <br />c. All outside storage areas including dumpsters must be: <br />o sited to the rear of the building, <br />o within the setbacks required of the building's underlying zone, and, <br />o made unnoticeable from both residential adjacent properties and public <br />rights -of -way through installation of either fencing or vegetative screening. <br />d. The store's lighting shall be shielded to prevent light and glare spillover on to <br />adjacent residential properties. <br />c. The maximum square footage for the building shall not exceed 5,000 square feet. <br />d. All outside storage shall not be permitted with the exception of areas for dumpsters: <br />o Dumpsters shall be sited to the rear of the building and made unnoticeable <br />from both adjacent properties and public rights -of -way through the <br />installation of fencing and /or vegetative screening. <br />49. Salvage Yard <br />General Industrial district <br />a. Materials may not be vertically stacked so as to be visible to the passing motorist. <br />b.
