54. Shootina Ranae, Indoor <br />Office /Limited Commercial, General Commercial and Light Industrial districts <br />a. Facility design shall be such that it absorbs or dissipates noise from the firing of <br />weapons and /or any mechanical equipment. <br />b. The facility shall be located a minimum of 150 feet from the property line of any <br />residentially used or residentially zoned property. <br />c. All applicable local, state and federal permits must be obtained prior to zoning <br />permitting. <br />55. Sports and Recreation Instruction or Camps <br />Office /Limited Commercial, General Commercial, Limited Industrial and General <br />Industrial districts <br />a. A complete description of the facility including but not limited to: <br />o Hours & days of operation <br />o Total number of employees, both full -time and part -time <br />o Projected number of users per weekday and weekend days <br />o Types of accessory uses, if any, envisioned on the site <br />o Any and all other relevant information that will help describe the facility <br />b. Practice areas, fields and parking areas must be a minimum of five hundred feet <br />(500) from any adjacent residentially used or zoned property line. <br />c. Where adjacent to residentially zoned or used property, a level two (2) buffer yard <br />shall be installed. <br />56. Storage Building Sales, with Display Area <br />Office /Limited Commercial, General Commercial and Light Industrial districts <br />a. Display Area shall not exceed 40,000 square feet. <br />b. Buildings shall be arranged so that sight triangles are unobstructed. <br />57. Stables, Commercial <br />Countryside Residential and Low Density Residential districts <br />a. The proposed site must be at least five (5) acres. <br />b. The following setbacks are required in addition to those of the zoning district: <br />o No activity area, including pastures or runs, shall be located closer than 20 <br />feet to any property line. <br />o Any building housing animals shall be located a minimum of 300 feet from <br />any Fesidentially zened property line. <br />Attachment number 6 \n <br />G -4 Page 428 <br />
