a. All outside storage areas including dumpsters must be: <br />• sited to the rear of the building, <br />• within the setbacks required of the building's underlying zone, and <br />• made unnoticeable from both residential adjacent properties and public <br />rights -of -way through installation of either fencing or vegetative screening. <br />b. The vehicle storage area may not exceed 60,000 square feet. <br />c.
