<br />There was a large decrease in Mobile Crisis Management (MCM) services for FY1415. On July 1, 2014, Cardinal Innovations, after receiving clarification from DMA,
<br />updated its policy to state that MCM could only be dispatched to Emergency Departments. Previously, MCM was dispatched to Inpatient Hospitals as well as Emergency
<br />Departments.
