Coborrus County Transit System Finol Report — September 2015 <br />Charlotte Area Transit System — NE Corridor Connectivity Plan <br />Concord Express Route 80X <br />The Concord Express Route 80X (operated by CATS) currently provides weekday service <br />between Concord and Uptown Charlotte (Figure 23). Stops in Concord are located at <br />Charlotte Motor Speedway and the Big Lots on Concord Parkway. According <br />to the 2013 -2017 Countywide Transit Plan for the Northeast Corridor, CATS has a service <br />expansion plan for the entire area of the Blue Line Extension to take full advantage of the <br />LRT investments (see Figure 24).
