<br />Table 2 lists the available state ROAP funds and actual disbursements for FY 2013
<br />through 2015. All regular formula - allocated ROAP funds were disbursed to CCTS in FY
<br />2013 and 2014. However, due to a drop in RGP ridership in FY 2014, CCTS did not expend
<br />all allocated RGP funds and returned $23,272 to the state. It should also be noted that
<br />CCTS did not request its full allocation of RGP funds for FY 2015 due to low projected RGP
<br />ridership.

<br />3.2 FARE STRUCTURE
<br />CCTS fares for the general public are $3.00 per one -way trip and ADA trips are $2.00 per
<br />one -way trip, regardless of distance. Ticket books are sold at the CCTS office or riders can
<br />mail in a check and the driver will give them a ticket book on their next trip. Drivers are
